Dr. Sterling Armata grew up in a chiropractic home as his father was a chiropractor for fifty years. Sterling practiced with his father for over twenty years, tapping into the vast knowledge of one of our pioneers of health. Many of their patients had been attending their clinic for over forty years. Sterling graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science and then graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he received the D.H. Hoskins award for Clinical Excellence.
He was on the faculty at Canadian Chiropractic College 1992-1994 where he taught Chiropractic technique. He is also presently pursuing his Diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology which is a post graduate study. Sterling’s professional interest are vast and he brings several modalities to your care such as myofascial release, sports science, shockwave therapy, spinal decompression, matrix repatterning, ergonomics, exercise therapy, neurological techniques, laser and nutrition. His focus is in family care, neurological correction, sports medicine and challenging cases. He has a hands on manual therapy style or activator. Sterling cares for his patients with a whole body approach. Nutrition, exercise and lifestyle are also part of a healthy body and mind.
For many years in practice Dr. Sterling was known as the Chiropractor’s Doctor. His waiting room was full of his colleagues who appreciated his excellent technique in adjusting. Dr.Sterling’s professional focus is in family and sports care with an added focus on neurological conditions such as peripheral neuropathy and fibromyalgia.
Dr. Sterling practices a very holistic lifestyle which includes nutrition, exercise, meditation, prayer, laughter and gratitude. When not in the office Sterling enjoys spending time with his family and friends and enjoying the bountiful nature we have here in the Valley and deepening his connection with the grace that flows through us all.
Registered Massage Therapist & Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner
Christine graduated from the Canadian School of Massage Therapy in 1995. Her focus is now on craniosacral therapy and more subtle techniques that can bring big changes to our well being.
She also graduated from the Nutritional Consultants Organization of Canada with a degree as a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner in 1991. Christine then went on to obtain the professional degree of Orthomolecular Health Practitioner. With a extensive knowledge of nutrition she has been able to help many people. She has also studied Biotherapeutic Drainage with Dr. Abell of Seroyal as well as Gemmotherapy. Recently added was training in Quantum Reflex Analysis by Premier Research Labs which tests the individuals biofield for both interferences and support.
Christine also studied Holodynamics with Dr. Vern Wolfe and received her Master Teacher designation in 2001. This is a technique of tracking into the body and shifting fields that are interfering with our highest potential. She has taught and facilitated this technique both in Canada and the USA.
